either all you cool kid coyotes good to see you again like I can't see you but you can see me this weekend health and fitness we are focusing on cardiorespiratory endurance that is where your heart and lungs are working together over keep you active so cardio as in heart and respiratory as in lungs and then ignorance is time so this is the kind of activities that you're going to be doing to get ready for the Pacer test so this week's activities are going to be filled around jogging and movement that will be putting around the neighborhood so I got all these different activities and stations are you guys going to be focusing on getting ready for the Pacer test by the end of next week now is the 20 Pacer test so if you guys are going to do the Pacer test in your yard or on the sidewalk or something like that try to measure out 20 meters all right so soon enjoy the station 20 skier jumps what two three four five six seven eight nine 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 or a snowboarder what two three four five six seven eight nine 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 block lines and God you're almost there 20 sidewalk lines and back go top speed weather report at 6 Chinese 20 lines and back ready higher higher higher well I hope you enjoy all those Station activities make sure you're practicing those everyday and by the end of the week your self and your friends and family on the Pacer test see if you can beat your best score I hope you have a fantastic week day to stay safe and enjoy the weather as always drive safely
