Assistant Principal's Message
I’m Andrew Walters, the new Assistant Principal at Chester Elementary, and I’m thrilled to be joining this wonderful school. My background includes serving as the Dean of Students at Ponderosa Elementary and teaching second through fourth grades, both locally and overseas. These experiences have shaped my dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
One of my favorite aspects of being an educator is connecting with students and witnessing their growth. Whether I’m visiting classrooms, enjoying lunch and recess, or joining in on gym activities, I’m always excited to be part of the dynamic life of our school. Building strong relationships with students and families is a top priority for me, and I look forward to working with you all to make this a fantastic year.
