hello Chester coyotes I hope you have a safe and healthy week I miss you guys very much this weekend health and fitness we are going to be piggybacking on what we did last week with our cardiorespiratory endurance stations and act our Focus this week is going to be on a neighborhood longest Hopscotch Coors and why we're doing that it's cuz we're going to be thinking about all the different parts of the human body as well have gotten through the course Norman Square steps to get a different body part that I need to do muscles bones or Oregon so like if you did pull Angie's or radius and ulna for your bones or humorous or Scout enough for your muscles pectoralis major by tricep forearm flexor muscles or internal organs like heart lung kidney liver those type of things are hopping through your course do you think of that all these different parts of the human on the video that the following this my kids are showing you an example of what you could be doing for your Hopscotch course around your house if you have access to a sidewalk you can do it down the sidewalk but can only add a square after you hop the course all right then I got kind of an idea of how you make your Hopscotch courses around your house you can use the scotch courses that we're going to have in the middle only neighborhoods just around the outside of Chester do you have sidewalk chalk at your house you can do in your driveway or the sidewalks near your home make sure you stay out of the road don't be crossing the road with your Hopscotch courses to stay safe and lastly how many bones are in your body how many bones are in your body when your bored when you're a baby it's kind of hard to figure out but if you think about it or read carefully you might be able to figure out the answer who is your parents do you think you know the answer have a safe week and as always drive safely
