hello and good morning all you Chester coyotes I hope you all are staying safe and healthy and having fun I miss you all very much and I was so happy to see somebody outside in your neighborhood this last week it was awesome to see some of the video great avocado dancing barfuss family as well as the Freeman family would ago also think through those emails and messages some of you to send out I've seen quite a few Fitness logs and activity trackers in the past few weeks keep up the movement get outside with this great weather speaking about synovial seen the mister help with says signs around the Chester neighborhoods on your bike rides as well as walks nice job cracks in your upper body strength stations for this week we're going to be focusing on balance and core strength to get ready for the curl-up test my kids are going to be helping me out this week and how to do the tasks so stay tuned Virginia straighten your legs up stay exponential expression 30 straight leg kicks well that is our Focus for this week practice this core and Valence and everyday and by the end of the week try the fitnessgram curl-up test challenge your family and friends on the video to see who can finish the test take care enjoy the outside and there's always drive safely
