good morning Chester coyotes I hope all you all are staying safe happy and healthy and of course active this week in health and fitness we are focusing on upper body strength in this video I'm going to demonstrate some activities in the station over our major muscle groups of the upper body biceps triceps deltoids trapezius and of course after Alice major I've treated some Mr Hubble says signs around the middle only neighborhoods where they have some sidewalks remember to maintain some social distance when you're taking turns at the station and station cuz they're so fun I have a demonstration of how we're going to do the activities and stations coming up in this video and if you're out on a walk or a bike ride or taking the dogs for a walk you could do some of the stations on your way at the end of this week going to finish up the week with the fitnessgram Pacer or Scooby assist the fitnessgram push-up test found on the YouTube link that I'm going to attach with this lesson I look forward to hearing about your activity and seeing your skills real soon as I please drive safely 20 arm fly 60 70 80 90 all right we're going to mix in a push-up and we're going to get up in the air all right I'm not going to do as many as I can because we don't have that much time but I'll do that Goodwin military coup raise the roof all right arm circles you can do big arm circles or do little arm circles or you can do both IQ big to 3 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 all right we're doing arm curls he's like bicep curls so you're reaching up to your shoulders down to your legs you can go slow or fast would you got to get 25 I don't know I'll ask him. 17 20 share gun show
